HANSIKA ( An adaptation of Swan Lake)

HANSIKA (an adaptation of Swan Lake )originates from a Russian folk tale that tells the story of Odette, a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer 's curse.It has been Sharmila Mukerjee 's cherished endeavour to choreograph this Tchaikovsky classic in Odissi. Through Hansika, she continues her quest for stories which have had a meaningful impact on the mindset of the audience worldwide.

This is being presented in Bengaluru on the 4th, February, 2024 in the evening 6.30 PM.
